Migrate Spring Security filter from one project to another

Need help to migrate spring security filters from one project to another, in the old project, filters are defined in xml, and in the new project it should be in [login to view URL], I've copied the filters to the new project, now I need to make sure the order of filters are invoked correctly and also need to make the filters actually get invoked. I use intelliJ IDEA.
