Google Maps Mashup / One page Website

We are looking for a simple, one page website with Google Maps embedded, very similar to the website WalkJogRun.net. Our site will concentrate on mapping the good looking employees in a given area, and will need to be user editable and searchable by zip code and city, again, similar to WalkJogRun.net. We would like to see a very basic sketch of the layout of the page, which will also incorporate Adwords, and other banner ads. Please respond only if you have Google Map experience. We will only consider you for the job once you submit your preliminary sketch/mockup. We look forward to a good working relationship.
