Need to develop domains - Commission Based

We have some domains that we need to develop and start earning some revenue from them. Our idea is for the winner to create us websites for this domain, monetize it with ADsense, affiliated marketing PPC, SEO and other similar revenue generated methods and finally see these websites generating revenue. I would like this project to be a commission based (From the revenue generated) with a flat rate agreed by the winner of this project and us. At the end of this project I will also pay a fee for the work done. Those interested pm for more details of these domains and pick up a commission rate and fee for their work. Also pm me your skills and any website developed which are generating revenue. Only those capable of developing revenue generating websites reply to this thread. I have may domains that wish to develop so given that the winner will develop a satisfactory work, I will be more than happy to hire them for other similar projects. Thanks
