57858 Struts, credit card validation

Develop this QUICKLY!! Time and quality is most important. Once completed there may be further work to do with credit cards. Use Java, Tomcat, Struts, JSTL, EL. There is no database access needed, no session management needed, low server side implementation mostly struts forms, binding and validation. 1. Develop a form using Struts to allow input of credit card information, Name, Card Number, Expire Date etc. 2. Use Javascript and Java (Struts Validator) on server side to validate the credit card information is correct. 3. Develop a custom JSP tag to display a form which allows for multiple credit card payments, this form displays a list of 2 to 4 potential inputs for credit card payment. The requirements are specified in detail in the attachment.
