OpenSmpp Enhancement with Jetty embedding

1. Who: We need a Java programmer with Jetty, Telco and preferably OpenSmpp experience. 2. The application: - The programmer will have to enhance the code of OpenSMPP ([login to view URL]) in order for it to accept and redirect the SMS received according to the shortcode (first word of the SMS) to a particular URL. The redirection will have to include parameters that can be defined and are optional. - The list of parameters have to match those used in Kannel configuration file ([login to view URL]) - The list of parameters will be %k the keyword in the SMS request (i.e., the first word in the SMS message) %s next word from the SMS message, starting with the second one (i.e., the first word, the keyword, is not included); problematic characters for URLs are encoded (e.g., '+' becomes '%2B') %S same as %s, but '*' is converted to '~' (useful when user enters a URL) and URL encoding isn't done (all others do URL encode) %r words not yet used by %s; e.g., if the message is "FOO BAR FOOBAR BAZ", and the has been one %s, %r will mean "FOOBAR BAZ" %a all words of the SMS message, including the first one, with spaces squeezed to one %t the time the message was sent %p the phone number of the sender of the SMS message %P the phone number of the receiver of the SMS message %q like %p, but a leading `00' is replaced with `+' %Q like %P, but a leading `00' is replaced with `+' %i the smsc-id of the connection that received the message %d the delivery report value %R the delivery report URL value %A the delivery report SMSC reply, if any %c message coding: 0 (default, 7 bits), 1 (8 bits) or 2 (Unicode) %m message class bits of DCS: 0 (directly to display, flash), 1 (to mobile), 2 (to SIM) or 3 (to SIM toolkit). %C message charset: for a "normal" message, it will be "GSM" (coding=0), "binary" (coding=1) or "UTF-16BE" (coding=2). If the message was successfully recoded from Unicode, it will be "WINDOWS-1252" %u udh of incoming message - The application have to used Jetty embedded in order to be able to be launched as a stand-alone application - A web interface should be made in order to have an overview of the different configuration and the actual state of the application (number of messages received, sent, in queued, errors) - There should be on the interface the mean to restart the application - The interface will have to be password secured. 3. Configuration It should be possible in the configuration file to - save the SMS sent to OpenSMPP in a JDBC compliant database, which connections data will be passed in the said configuration file - change the format of the time to be sent in the redirection - change the port OpenSMPP will have to listen to - define the DEBUG level of the application - define the path to the log file that will be used 4. How much no bid of more than 150 USD will be accepted 5. How long this work has to be delivered within 2 weeks from project start, preferably before the end of 2010 6.
