Neural network to recognize 10 digits from 0 to 9(not from picture)

The task is to learn a neural network to recognize 10 digits from 0 to 9. The detailed description of the task and patterns of the digits you can find in attachments. First page is detailed task, second is hint to the task. Requirements: You have to upload 1. Raport containing: Description of neural network architecture. Schema of back-propagation learning algorithm. Graph error vs. no. of learning epochs. Classification results: training patterns and testing patterns (created by an author). 2. Code of the program All programming language is acceptable. About training set: you should represent each training letter by one binary vector with length 24 (6 by 4).
