PDF form: make fields calculate

Must be an expert in Adobe Acrobat forms--please don't bid unless you know how to work with Acrobat forms. For someone with the necessary experience, this should be pretty quick (but would take a lot of time for someone unfamiliar with Acrobat forms). Background: I have an Adobe Acrobat form (this is already created, all the fields exist). There is one table in the PDF that needs to calculate some values. There are 14 rows, 5 columns. The first 3 columns are pull-down menus with values entered by the user. I need two things: 1. The fifth column needs to calculate a simple total (adding column 1 + column 2 + column 3). I set the value of the field as a calculated value and picked the fields that it's supposed to add, but the total is not displaying. 2. The 6th column needs to calculate a weighted value ( (column 1 * 3) + (column 2 * 2) + column 1). I know this needs to be done in Javascript. I put in some formulas but they are not giving any result.
