PSD to HTML Update to an Existing Site

We are looking for an experienced programmer to convert a PSD file to an HTML file. This will be a multi-page website that is currently already online (we're doing an update). This is an ecommerce website with thousands of product pages but only 5-10 unique pages that you would need to convert.
