PSD to CSS - 1 Page

Hello, I am looking for PSD to CSS/HTML conversion. Please remember, this is for static pages, no need for any PHP or back-end coding or wordpress or joomla or any other CMS. The PSD files and .PNG screenshots will be provided. Must be thoroughly tested and work consistently on a IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari,Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome. Should also work on Windows as well as Mac platforms. PLEASE TEST THOROUGHLY, non compliant markup will not be accepted. No DREAMWEAVER! Please provide a portfolio of your PSD to CSS work. This first project is for only the front page. Please bid only for the 1 page. If we have a good project, a second project will be used for 4 interior pages. Please PM a quote for 4 inner pages as well. The total price (Bid for this homepage project + PM quote for 4 inner pages) will probably be taken into consideration when accepting bids. I am looking for valid and clean commented markup, with appropriate class and ID naming conventions. There will also be a little bit of javascript/jquery required for some aspects (disabling and enabling form fields, hover/mouseover capabilities, jquery datepicker styling), but quite minor.
