Animated 3D 'Balloon Diagram' effect website landing

I have been designing and implementing industrial automation systems for decades and I want to use web pages for the front end of my projects. In my career, I have used many systems to build touchscreen interfaces for customers. Now I see that web pages are a better way. I also see that database development is the important key to implement any application. To learn more, I want my website to have a 3D effect as a landing. I have seen examples of website effects that are fluid. I think clean and minimal application of 'parallax' and animation effects make a website stand out, but easily can be overdone. Most websites are busy and cluttered, with far too many things popping up.
