Fix some erros on my (old) java written chatserver

I have some errors in my (very old) java written chatserver software. äöü and other symbols are not shown the right way, the integrated userlist doesn´t work and the browser seems to be in a never-ending-loading. (screenshot attached). i will give you ftp access to the chat folde on my vserver, i registered a user with full rights, so that you can shutdown & restart the chatserver (i will tell you how). if it makes more sense you are free to re-code the chatsoftware to a Event Driven Ajax Streaming - Jquery - Socket - Java Chatserver with .html files for the frontend (in that case it must be easy to understand how i can integrate all my needed commands)
