What I will provide is a javascript file that searches for the given field names and creates an html table in a file of the described fields and there respective contents. This script will be able to be used on any such .xml files which follow the same structure. My code will be clear and concise for the ability to modify it with ease.

Hi there, I can write the javascript which would generate the HTML table from any XML file structured in the way the provided XML is. Possibly we may need to write a small PHP script to fetch the file from the given URL, depends on how you want the script to get the XML. Would take about 2-3 hours. Also not sure I understood the line: "Each control enhancement should be included in the table above (just as if it were a higher level control). " Please clarify, or even better, throw together an excel sheet with the desired data layout, or just draw it and scan, would speed me up additionally and will clear any confusion out of the way. First, I noticed that not all the controls fields have all the fields (like <baseline-impact>) listed in your requirement lists. How do I handle those cases?
