Joomla Customizations (Viruemart and other) needed. Experts only.

Hello Everybody, The need is urgent and so i will be hiring immediately. Please read the requirement properly before you place bids or ask questions. People bidding without the details provided will be simply IGNORED. Qualifications: 1. Expertise in Joomla customizations ( and i do not mean changing fonts, adding modules --- what i need is attuning the code to make specific process work)So i will need to see what work you have previously done. Experts without verifiable proof of Joomla customizations need not apply. 2. I will have tasks every week to the tune of 10 hours of work for the next 1 year minimum and so i want to get someone who can work regularly and i would/should not need to change providers during the scope of work. Please provide an hourly rate as well for me to verify , however all work will be translated to fixed costs. 3. Be ready to start immediately as i have work which needs to be done as of now.
