One Page Checkout Project Completion pt 2

We have a project, previously posted on [login to view URL] which was not completed. We need this project completed in a timely fashion. The previous developers have completed most of the work, however, the UPS and Fedex shipping modules still need to be synchronized, and the BuySafe bond option still needs to be added. We will also need to keep this section of the site secure. We already have a Comodo SSL security certificate installed, so we would like to keep the customer's information secure, and safe using this SSL certificate. I will also need for the developer to ensure the paypal, moneybookers, amazon, and [login to view URL] checkout options are working, and configured correctly. The ultimate purpose of this one page checkout is to streamline the checkout process, and make the customer not have to register on the site.
