Binary logic implementing on exists laraval code

We need to implement binary logic on existing laravel code rest things are working . Scope are 1. If two users got registered below one another user as right and left position then it can track and will be considered as matched done , can deserve for the benefits 2. similar below left and right join users can complete there pair/matched also so that this can also track and can be considered as matched level done . can deserve for the benefits 3. Tree structure of this binary mlm - binary tree These 3 points are in details attached in document file , kindly go through on it . Only these 3 points need to implement in laravel , we need this task in single day and our budget is maximum INR 2000 for this .
