Help form an LLC in either PA or CA

At the outset, I have to say I reviewed the bids already placed here and you already have been provided a wealth of misinformation. For example, there is absolutely NO advantage in the 21st century to establishing at LLC in Deleware as opposed to the two states you mentioned. There was a time -- over 20 years ago -- when establishing a corporation in Deleware had advantages. But, there has never been an advantage to establishing an LLC in Deleware. As an aside, I have a law degree and did practice law for a dozen years. Moreover, I have established a number of LLCs through the years of my own.
