Refine Existing IT Support Contract

We have an existing contract which is extended to restaurants for IT related services. I need someone who is experienced with IT contracts to take 2 hours and look over the contract. You will particularly be looking for: Conditions of delivery and acceptance of work on service support. Responsibilities of the Provider Responsibilities of the Client Submission of requests for technical support thru help desk / ticet system Determining guarantee case Responsibilities of parties Contract fee and payments Things to consider about clients include: - pay monthly - must share some data eq passwords, timly acces to equipment - brand control sharing during contract - term averages between 1-3 years - NDA aspect Please explain your background in PMB with your bid. Must be able to demonstrate your ability to help with this. If your observations over two (2) hours make sense, we can consider investing more hours if necessary. This is a US Based company with US based clients. You don't need to be a specialist in local law; However, experience with western system's, English competence, and general business legal knowledge would be minimum requirements. Details will be shared with short listed bidders and the current contract will be provided to the winner. Ready to begin this project ASAP.
