Client Success Agent with Legal Background (German Speaking)

We need a German-speaking person talented at client management and performing client-facing tasks, who has a legal background (in a legal firm preferred, but purely educational also can be considered) ie. paralegal, assistant Product experience is also an asset (ie. understanding of user experience, pain points, user journey/stories/ etc). Conversational/working knowledge of software development is an asset but not required. You will be working alongside our product manager / CTO and users (lawyers and law firms) to gather feedback about our software and help with planning the future roadmaps and features.
