I have been trying for months to correct a domain Whois Inaccuracy but have not succeded. The company behind the domain is using fake information to avoid lawsuits and we need ICANN to help us force the domain owner to publish the REAL information. The registrar doesn't care and we have reported the whois error many times to ICANN via their online form. But no answer whatsoever from ICANN or the registrar. Now looking for anyone who is connected to, works or collaborated with ICANN and can help us escalate this matter.

I would be happy to discuss your issue and give you some guidance but the registrar may not be forced to reveal the ownership without a UDRP dispute or a court action being filed. ICANN typically is not concerned with failures to authenticate valid whois information as any domain name owner can simply click a verification link to comply with the basic requirement of a valid email.
