Recover Down-Payment Amount for Un-Shipped Goods

Need the help of a settlement lawyer or any legal service, preferably in India, to collect down payment for un-shipped goods. Amount of down payment: USD 10,465. The lawyer to research the various processes to resolve Advance Payment case to secure the funds owed to the company.
