228824 Upload one page website

This needs to be done in the next hour: Two domains need 6 identical email accounts set up. One of the six needs redirection to their home. Need to upload 2003 frontpage one page website and make sure attached links are on the server and working. Need to know how I can modify the page if I need to update. Need to make sure that both domains are pointing to the correct IP's and working and that the webpage is working properly. Will need to change passwords on plesk and sitecontrol as well.
