100 PR 2+ links

Looking for 100 permanent links to my site. All links must meet the following requirements: 1. At least PR2 page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page) 2. All links must be from theme related sites 3. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, Blogs or articles submission. 4. One link per IP/domain. 5. No more than 70 links per page. 6. All links must be static and direct using provided anchor text. 7. All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking and the like 8. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 9. Non-reciprocal links only. 10. Links must be from sites in English. Looking for a long term business relation, as there will be more projects in the near future.
