SEO Link building for website - $100 payment for 931 links needed

Hi All, I have a list of 991 Keywords that require 1 x high quality link per keyword. Must be done from LEGITIMATE websites. - This is for an AUSTRALIAN website. In particular, all of our 3 lines of products must be covered. • All linking websites must be English only. At least 80% must be do-follow links. • Backlinks on URLs should be active right away and we expect them to be picked up in search engines within few days. • Minimum Google Page Rank 3+ backlinks • No Blog Comments • No links from directories • 80% of backlinks must be DO FOLLOW. You will need to provide the following information accurately in an Excel spreadsheet: • Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) • Link destination exact URL • Site Name • Site Type (theme) • Google Page Rank • Anchor text used for the link • Date link was created The spreadsheet must be supplied prior to final payment. 50% of payment will be made upfront as a show of good faith, and 50% upon completion of myself checking the links.
