migrate hosting to a new Linux server

I want to migrate the entire site and server settings to a new server from this provider: [login to view URL] this is cloud hosting, and almost everything is done with commands using the terminal.... there is no cPanel or another panel there. i have a dynamic site, using a script with some server requirements, and i need someone to set up and install everything in the new server properlly. create the email accounts, ftps, databases, apache and php settings, cron jobs, domains, redirections, etc. here are some of the requirements of the script: Apache web server with mod_rewrite enabled.
