Mail Server - Postfix, Dovecot Spam Control

I need a mail server with Postfix/Dovecot/Amavisd-new/SQL. This is to be setup on a server with a external array for all mail users data to be stored on, so it must be partitioned properly. In the end of the project, the goal is to have a working server that will of course process mail, but also allow individual spam control on a per user basis and the user must be able to control the spam setting within their own panel / webmail. You choose your OS pref. I'd like FreeBSD 7.0 if possible. Project needs to be done asap, so whomever can get to it the fastest wins! Really gearing for having a setup going in less than 24 hours.
