Make Changes to Ubuntu 12.04 Server

We have a fresh install of 12.04 server with a lubuntu gui. Server has team viewer installed. The server is to be used as a media server holding photos and streaming some video. It has 4 x 1TB drives and 1 x 4tb drive installed. The OS is on one of the 1TB drives. This is an in house media server to hold photos and video. But we would like to share these files with other people across the web. Contains 4 x 1TB hard drives and 1 x 4TB hard drive total 8TB OS is located on one of the 1TB drives We would like the following work done.. 1) Configure drives so 4TB of the server is for storage and 4TB of the server is for back up 2) Set up SSH properly. We already have one Ubuntu server on the network but when we log in we need to access this video server as well, we need to ensure this one has a different SSH identity so we can log into it 3) Setup webmin with total secure access from the internet 4) Install and set up Dirvish back up system, we use this on our other server and would prefer to keep using it if possible 5) We need the abilty to share files with our clients and therefore would like to send clients a url from this server so they can download the files or view the files so I presume we need to install and setup Apache Web server and have an easy way for the office to drop files into a url to share to clients ( please recommend what you think is best ) 6) Ensure server has a fixed ip address [login to view URL] also that if rebooted all samba shares are working so smbd and nmbd process should autostart 7) Ensure all folders are user name and password protected Experienced guys only. Please note we only release the milestone once the office manager has approved that everything is correct and working. .
