Our website (Rackspace / CentOS Linux / PHP / ClipShare / FFMPEG, MenCoder,MPlayer) has run into a video conversion issue, of which an expert in configuring / pinpointing Mencoder / MPlayer is tailor-made for this opportunity. While the video upload procedure works OK, the conversion does not, which up until a few days ago was working perfectly for the past couple of years. If you have experience with these items (specific to CentOS Linux), this project is perfect for you.
