Magento config ultimo

So we have a magento website that has a program installed in it called Ultimo. This Ultimo program provided lots of different themes and we choose one that we liked already. I'm having trouble trying to get rid of all the other samples of the themes if you look at the website, scroll all the way to the bottom and it says "Select store" and then a dropdown box, what we want is the store 7 and we want to get rid of everything else
