Migrate category/product data from smartweb to magento 2

I have a magento 2.18 installation which I need some assistance with. It’s a multi domain installation with 3 domains sharing the same installation. Everything is hosted on A2 hosting with SSH/FTP/Cpanel access. What we need some help with is: Import of product data from a Smartweb webshop. I have exported three xml files from smartweb. One with product data like price, title, descriptions ect. One with variant types, and one with variant data and one with category data. We don’t have access to their sql file. I need these data imported into the magento installation, so we get the same menu structure as in the smartweb frontend. And of course the right products in the each category. All images are in a subfolder in the magento installation with the same filenames and structure as on smartweb. The product data xml contains info like path/filename for these images. There are about 8500 products which need to be migrated. We are looking for someone who has a lot of previous experience with this type of work in magento 2.
