Set up webinar in Magento

I need a product set up in Magento. I am figuring about 6 hours work should be plenty of time. The task Set up Magento inventory item. 15 minutes Set up 4 discount coupons 15 minutes. 1 Free coupon, 2 90 % discount, 3 50% discount coupon , 4. 10% discount couplon. Set up a password protected web page containing the Youtube video link with the Webinar and the download worksheet (Excel) 2 hours. (Can use password restricted web page or password restricted directore y. Password restricted web page preferred.) Set up basic encription method for web page link. 1 hour. Alltogether 3 and half hours for competent person. I allow 6 hours as I need this job urgently. You will have to account to me for the time incurred. If you finish the job in less than 6 hours as i would expect I will give you more work to fill in the remainder of the time. Payment will be via Milestone. A Freelancer Milestone payment will be opened when I award the job. The balance will be paid on completion of the job. Do not apply and ask for alternative payment methods. The programmer must have detailed knowledge of Cpanel, html design and Magento and problem solving. I am open to varying the above spec if someone has a better way to do this. If i select you the Milestoen payment will be opened and you will be expected to deliver the project within 7 days. Do not apply if you cant abide these terms. I am looking to develop a relationship with web support company as I have a backlog of jobs.
