Client has a mail box store. wants to give ppl not in the USA mailboxes so that they can recieve snail mail and then she will forward the snail mail to where ever they are in the world. So she wants the ability to tell them that the mail that they recieved and give them a way to view each piece of snail mail on the internet and have them tell her whether to forward to them through snail mail or to physically shred it.
