I am looking for a one of a kind person who is bright, bubbly, friendly and ready to join a fantastic team! We are after someone to handle all of our customer enquiries (phone, email, social media, live chat) full time for one month to start. If the project is going well we will extend it and there will be the opportunity for this to turn into a BIG role! We reward our staff and pay well to those who prove themselves. To apply for this job you need to be able to use a computer well, you need a nice english speaking voice for telephone enquiries, an internet connection which is stable and fast! Greetings, I just reviewed your post and I am very confident that I am the right Customer Service Guru for you. I am very well trained and experienced in Customer Service, Phone Handling, Email and Chat Support and Social Media Management and Marketing. I am willing to work up to 30 hours per week or more . I am trainable and willing to learn. I can start anytime. I am using a fast computer, a reliable and fast internet connection, and I have an excellent oral and written English Skills. I am more than happy to forward my resume or for an interview. I will never forget is when I was working for AT&T where I had a n 78 year old customer who wanted to have her new PC installed and connected to the internet because she feels that it will be the only way she can connect with her children. She has hearing problems and cannot move properly so it came to a point where she was getting frustrated and was about to give up while we were on the process but I encouraged her and stayed with her for almost 6 hours. I told her that after we finish she can communicate daily and more often to her children and grandchildren, not to lose hope. we were able to successfully install and get connected. I even showed her how to use Skype. The customer was very very happy that she even called my supervisor for commendation. A problem I wasn't able to fix was when I assisted a customer with a credit card that was overdue and past due and was flagged due to customer's profanity.

Q:Tell me one time you have made someone really happy with something you said (a customer, a friend, family) Ans:I received a pre sale inquiry from a customer regarding TV program's bundle and he asked is it gonna be the same shit i already have , ( I answered, Sir, it might be worst than that, he laughed out and said sign me up then :) Q :tell me a time you haven't been able to fix a problem You can not make every one happy, one of customer at Amazon bought a product by mistake, We refunded him full amount but he still left a negative review and i was not able to convince him to turn it into a positive review.

Hello Sir, Thanks for reviewing my application, I have got 12 years of experience in customer service and have worked with us based companies like Dell, IBM, HP,Amgen. I am sure with the kind of experience I have I will be the right fit for this position and I am sure I will be able to prove my work and be a long term employee with your organization. The time when I made a customer happy was few days back when the customer called in and he was very unhappy and wanted to talk to manager, I convinced him that I will be able to fix the issue for him and he said if I am instisting then he will give me 20 mins and I resolved his issue, and the same customer wrote a letter to the CEO about my service and was very happy. Actually I was able to retain his service back with our company. There had been times when I was not able to help the customer not because I had lack of knowledge but it may be I had no information to update the customer, and during this time I offered a call back and then still I had no information, AS it was a waiver on shipping I told the customer I will have to take approval and the approval did not go through, so Informed the same to the customer and he was not happy, so in other words I was not able to help him. I know how to work under minimum supervision and I will be more than happy to give extra hours in order to learn more and give the best output for the company if needed. I hope to hear from you soon. I am very much interested in this as this is what i love to do,i worked with namesco UK and during one of the many calls received i remember this scenario of a man who called and mentioned that he was having an issue with his webmail and website, he'd been battling with it for hours and he called frustrated, i calmed him down assuring him of a quick response, while multitasking on my computer checking to see if all his billings were up to date, i immediately escalated the issue while still talking with the customer about his day, i engaged the customer in a calming conversation was working on his query, i was able to get it resolved but the team on the next desk and was happy to inform the customer this, who felt so happy and surprised he was relieved all through the conversation, customer persuaded to offer me a job in his company right on the phone :) but had to maintain professionalism. Another customer called really furious about his website which was down and he was about yo loose a 3million pounds job, he called screaming, i checked his account and realized that his hosting payment had bounced back and the site went down because of this, i was however unable to take payments as its the sales team that does this and the query was put through to them and resolved by the team.

Hello! I will not promote myself about my huge customer care experience) I will answer 2 questions instead) I think it is no matter what you say, matters how you say it. Working as a customer support for a hosting company, I made pre-sale consultations. Most of my customers were happy when no matter what the topic was about, I mentioned that we have freebies for every of our customers. I always inspired my customers with a nice greetings and friendly Good-bye-have a great day! Being friendly and positive person it is easy for me to be happy and nice to people I’m talking too, but I know the line for being friendly and not cross the line of hob-and-nob style. Bad experience also took place. Stressed clients also contacted me, the ones who initially write you have a fight. No matter what I was doing, they were unhappy, mostly it was connected with refunds that didn’t cover up their cases. I think it is all about the people and the customer care personal attitude towards them. If you are open and positive, people will feel it and be kind and friendly to you too. With nervous clients the only thing you can do, just listen to them politely and tell that you will do your best to make them happy. I think that is all =) Regards, Inna
