What is your allowable customer acquisition cost? c. In order to motivate existing gym members to refer their friends, you modify the above promotion. Existing members who have 6 months or less remaining on their yearly membership can refer a friend. If the friend signs up for the above promotion, the referring member does not have to pay anything for the rest of the year.
