I'll be travelling from Argentina to the states next week and need someone to call to possible clients and arrange meetings. More details will be provided to the right candidate Your responsibilities: - Dataentry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases (I also have a list of possible clients to be called) - Outbound calling to arrange meetings with the new possible clients - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Freelancer.com during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Excellent English skils - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Freelancer.com profile - References or an established reputation on Freelancer.com preferred
