salt doser/dispenser -- 2

I need you to design a salt doser/dispenser with the right measures for me to print it in 3d printer. It should be precise for it to really work. I have some hand drawings. There are 4 parts to it: A, B, C and D. Part A is a lid on top of the device, and it should be in some kind of rubber material - it is the lid that closes the entrance of the salt container, after it is reffiled. Part B is the salt container - it is a container in some translucid material that has a solid mass between cut c-c' and d-d' of 0,5 cm high, and in it is a void triangular prism of 1cm base x 1cm height x 0,5cm lenght (that is permanently filled with the salt from the container, 1g of salt). Part C is the doser head, it is made from the same material of Part B (the salt container) and it has a void triangular prism of 1cm base x 1cm height x 0,2cm lenght (this is where the salt that is permanently filling the void from Part B falls to the chamber in Part C), then it has a chamber where the "mesured" salt rests till it is distributed. In the bottom of part C there is a stop plane covered with a lid (Part D), and this plane has 2 orifices, one for distributing the salt evenly and another to distribute it all at once. Part D is a lid from the same material of Parts B and C that attaches itself to the bottom of Part C by a click system, the same happens with Part B and C they are assembled by a click system between them. I need a final price for the final drawing of this system for 3D printing, and the respective files. I will terminate immediatly any conversation with anyone who doesn´t establish a final price upon first conversations and explanations. I've worked in Blender and this is only a few hours work for someone experienced, i believe. The only reason I am doing this project here is that I don't have the time nor proficiency to do it myself in due time and I would also like to have the inputs of someone knowledgeble.
