in the java software , I need the following things
List of properties and tenants
I need some tables which are as follows
Properties => Address, Units,Tenants , Outgoings
Outgoings => Electricity , Gas, Water , Telephone, Internet , Insurance
Electricity => Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Gas => Name of Retailer => Period (Jan-Dec)=> Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Water =>Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Telephone => Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Internet =>Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Insurance => Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)

Tenants=> First name, Last name , Contact , Property name , Unit
Example :
for example , the list of properties , when you click on one of the house , it will show the electricity , gas, tenants and etc.
when click on the electricity it shows the name of retailer , period in month , the amount and the status of it .
Name of Retailer => Period(Jan-Dec) => Amount => Status (paid/unpaid)
Please make a button for each part to let the user to modify and save . and navigation for going back to main menu.

Going by the specs listed you will need several forms (as well as tables). Maybe even a few reports. I did a similar project, in Access, for a local company. I can easily adapt this for your use.
