CONTEXT EXTRACTING/REFINING/SENDING TO MS OFFICE

The software will be a CONTEXT PROCESSOR SOFTWARE, (Details will be issued in PDF file.)

The program has three main work steps which brief as below:

a- Context Collection by Cursor Surf and Select:

Software will be structured to collect some conditional context from Web, from Microsoft Documents or PDF files during user read or surf on PC files,

The software will auto copy the mouse selected/highlighted context without analysis whole file and will work free from file type. The Software will act such a Memory Drive installed inside of user's cursor and auto save selections continuously for process them later.

b- Data Process in a temporary file:

The software will PROCESS the collected context in a temporary file (can be such MS access or excel or similar) at BACKSTAGE which include code or command strings, SQL or macros where created before start to refining and select target conditional context,

Previously added macro or code strings will give wanted shape to the context saved in temp file; filter them, clean, select, separate, merge, ordering as first, second, third and forming them for proper use in target files.

Each mouse selected context and each word of it might be identified with unique numbers to help user creating smart scenarios and various orders of data for filter or refining.

c- Context will Send and Save in Archive Files :

The collected context after refined and formed will be send and save in Microsoft Programs such MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Access for use.

Therefore adaptation of software is important for proper saving, sending, archiving in various target fields.

Thus the project cover “smart context capturing”, “correct identifying as per user requirements”, “adaptation of context or converting” them to match target fields in the related MS programs.

Example:

User’s after finish reading a PDF/HTML and highlighted by mouse many different part of an article (select paragraphs, select several sentences or select tags or words in various corner of whole article), and click on “scenario 5” in mouse menu which set before as below, the context will be saved in once to the target fields conditionally as below:

- The selection -> to “MS outlook Exchange Program, Notes Folder” polymer’s sub-file (if contain “rubber”,”carbon”, in context ie)

-Only “tag” selection -> to “outlook 2016 Exchange Tasks Folder” Tasks files (if any one of mouse selection containing “reminder” word among all selections,)

-The selection -> to Company Field of MS exchange contacts file (if contains “ltd”,”inc”,”gmbh”,”sarl” ie)

- The proposed software must work standalone and seamlessly save selections without user's effort automatically at backstage during surf among open windows on screen and must not stop grabbing context through various programs where highlighting and context selection even made among them part by part or simultaneously or in different orders such from MS Office, then such Opera, then MS office again and part from Acrobat Software’s at same minute during surf on screen.

-Some commands, system hooks, might require to automate PC of running target program files and save them in command strings without force user to open many programs and surf among program files for paste and save context one by one,

-Some windows 10 compatible scripts might require to develop mouse menu options, automate hooks, grabbing context or to run Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V similar commands automatically upon running prescribed scenario with smart and rich cursor menu.
