Viber Related Application Android

Dear Freelancers, this job has to do with the popular chat app "Viber". In viber, users can chat with other Viber users. I want my app to display those contacts from the viber contact list, that were online recently. When my user opens my app, he should see a list like this: Contact Name Online Status Contact A Online Right Now! Contact B Online Right Now! ... Contact H Online 2 Minutes Ago Contact I Online 4 Minutes Ago ... When clicking on a certain contact from the list, the specific chat should open within Viber. The App has only one screen. This screen shows the list of contacts that were online recently. Your job is to code the application, I will provide you with the background image for the one screen, the google play logo and the logo for within the app. In addition, you should add admob and mobilecore- I will provide you with necessary documentation and data. You hand over the apk, source code and signing key once the project is finished. Please note: I can only provide the graphics mentioned above in end of June. You create the application now, I will release half of the project budget once this is done. In end of June, you integrate the graphics and I will release the final milestone. Please note: the max. project budget is 100USD. Bids exceeding this amount will not be considered by me.
