iPhone App - spin the Wheel Game, basic animation

I Need a custom mobile App for the iPhone to be developed quickly (i.e. 2/3wk turnaround (not including time it takes for Apple to approve it)). This is a start/finish project with balance of payment conditional on the App being accepted into the App store. Payment milestones at: 1.) testing stage; and 2.) Final Approval by Apple. Description: the App will only have between 4-6 pages. It incorporates a simple animated animal and a wheel of fortune beyond that it is less than basic!: First page: an ‘animated animal’ (i.e. think a roaring lion!) which asks a question (either actually asking the question or simply using pop up text/speech bubbles (TBD)). Will ask “What is your name”, one player enters his name. Asks a second question, second player enters his name. Click to continue. Second Page, the centre piece of the App is the ‘wheel of fortune’ (think spin the bottle/roulette or if you've seen it the most accurate is the game show Wheel of Fortune. The competitor pushes a themed button and the wheel spins stopping at random on one of the ‘challenges’. The wheel has been ever so slightly personalised by the input of the player’s names on the wheel (hence the questions on the previous page). Subsequent pages: the animation element on the last two pages is a repetition of the first page and the result of the wheel is spoken/flashes up etc. The App ends one page after that. I have drawn up a detailed plan including graphics and suggested icons (need to be adapted as they're copyright protected) which will be sent after a short 2 page NDA has been signed. I need this App developed quickly SO ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN ACHIEVE DEVELOP IT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME. Requirements: - Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design. - Someone who has a 4.6 star rating or above. - Someone who has above an 80% completion rate. - Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products. - Someone who speaks English extremely well. Experience: - You must be able to create a simple animation. - You must be able to code a roulette/wheel of fortune type wheel based on a random selecting algorithm. - You must be highly experienced in all of the following: Objective C, C Programming, Cocoa, iPhone, Corona. - You must be able to take the App through to approval by the App Store. For the Avoidance of the doubt this is a start to finish App process including a brief testing period prior to submission. I have successfully developed fifteen Apps to date and if you are successful in this project then there is the possibility I will use you for a bigger (much higher value) project.
