Hello sir! First of all, can you give me link to your real estate website? About your requirements, I think that the best solution in this particular example would be to use phonegap. This will allow us to use the same code (and maintain it easier) in Android, iOS and other phones systems. In fact I have done something similar for company from Central America. You can check it in AppStore, it is called: CR Property Hunters, it is also about real estates :)
