Small iphone/ipad camera app

Hi, i need a small universal iphone/ipad camera app with different effects. Please tell me what type of effects you can include and if you have build any camera apps before. This is a small project for the right person. Budget is up to $125. I will provide image for device icon. You will need to upload on my account for app store and deliver source. I will post escrow and release half pay when you upload app and release final pay when you deliver source. I own all rights. Thanks!
