an augmented reality aplication

This software must detect some picture by device’s camera and play video and show a comment box for each of them. Video must play on the picture as augmented reality and comment box must lock with the picture as augmented reality too. The movies compile with software as a simple file, for example an APK file. After installation the movies will copy on the specify location on SD card. In device, videos can play only with this software and user cannot see or play them by another software. When the video is playing, user can switch between full screen play and normal play by a button. Software work full offline and does not need to any connection. So some SDK like Vuforia is not good for this project, because application that use this SDK must connect to internet after installation for registration. The target analyze before compiling process, by another software in windows platform or analyze in compile process by compiler. So analyzing targets with another site or internet portal (like vuforio SDK) is not acceptable. There is no limit in number of targets. The software’s graphic will define after first agreement by programmer. We need all codes in java programming platform, with good comments in codes. Software must work in to platform: Android and IOS
