Convert JAVA Encryption/Decryption Code Into IONIC 3 Raw Template.

I have two pieces of Encryption/Decryption codes written in JAVA with 'RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding' algorithm. I need these Java codes converted into typescript and deliver in a Raw Ionic 3 one page template for testing. I do not need any UI Design the raw ionic 3 template will suffice. I have a sample public and private keys to test with. In other words, all I need is two functions that will encrypt or decrypt based on the encrypt and decrypt algorithm written in the Java samples.
