Develop a location-based iOS app with Xamarin and Azure cloud

Hi, I would like someone to help me build a prototype iOS app with Xamarin. Here's the high level requirement: An iOS App built in Xamarin Forms with integration with Google Map and using Azure as cloud storage. The app needs to be built on Microsoft App Center and be deployed to test-users using HockeyApp. The app is a location-based app allowing users to chat around a particular location, within a certain radius. All users are "friends" with each other in the system. There is no need to invite and accept for friends. For this app, each user logs in to the app with a predefined user name and password. The password can be updated in the backend by an administrator. There will be 6 screens for the Mobile App:  1. Login Screen - when the user first launches the app, they need to login. Only authenticated users can use this app. 2. Home Screen (map screen) - The home screen shows a map, with the user's location at the center of the map. This screen provides two functions: a. Create a new "spot" for chatting: Hard pressing on a new spot on the map allows the users to start chatting. A pin will be dropped on the map. b. Chat on existing "spot". If a chat is already created for a spot, the user can just go in to the chat session and start chatting. Note: For this app, there is no need to invite others to a chat. Once a chat is created, everyone can join in the chat. 3. Chat Screen (a variation of the Home Screen) - A chat screen is a frame (conversational canvas) layered on top of the map where it contains the spot (or pin) that the chat is associated with.  4. List of Chats Screen - This screen shows the list of chats, which are all associated with locations, as specified in street address. User goes to this screen from the Menu (#5 below)  5. Menu - This is a left overlay frame to list out a few menu items: a. List of Chats (see #4) b. Setting (see #6) c. Logout (goes back to the login screen) There will be a "hamburger" icon on the top left of the screen so that the user can get to the menu at any time. 6. Setting - This is a placeholder screen for now. No need to add anything. Could add things like diagnostic log, etc. All chats messages need to be stored in the Azure cloud.
