Flash Builder app - Quiz

I would like a sample Flash Builder 4.6 application created that is Driver Testing quiz app. It needs to do the following: * Allow the user to select the number of quiz questions they would like to test with (5,15,20) * Allow the user to select the if they wish to include traffic signs in the question set * Display each question one by one on the screen. * All questions will be multiple choice and the list of questions/answers should be read from an xml file. All traffic signs images should be stored in the application along with the xml file. * Attached are a list of questions/answers and traffic signs. * Allow the user to answer the question and click Next * Display visual indicator of the selected answer and correct answer if different. * Allow the user to answer all the questions * Display to the user a "report card" of their score and allow the user to see all their incorrect questions with the correct questions highlighted. See attached. * Allow the user to email the results of the quiz to an email address. If this is not possible to do, let me know. From a technical sense, the application must: * Be built using Flash Builder 4.6 * Allow for compiling for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry Torch * Allow for easy updates to the application via new xml and image file download. I would like me to review screenshots of the UI before you develop any code so that agree to the functionality and prevent changes. Please include lots of comments in your code as I would like to learn some Flash Builder and/or Flex from this project. It has been a while since I have used this service so there might be some new features of the website that I am not aware of so let me know if something in the project request needs to be changed. For example, I am trying out this crowdsourcing/trialsourcing option for the first time. Thanks for your help.
