iPhone/Android Application w/ Parse.com

We are in need of a relatively simple app that will work on both iOS platforms (iPhone) or Android smartphone platforms. The purpose of the application is to manage coursework throughout a class. The aspects of the application are simple: 1. Must use [login to view URL] for the backend. 2. User must be able to create an account and login with Facebook. 3. Users must be approved by the admin (web-based tool) before they can begin using the application. 4. Users can take/upload a picture and it will display in a feed on the app. Liking and commenting like FB. They may also choose to post it to FB as well. 5. Users can ask open questions on the feed with other users responding. 6. Users can see (in a menu) a list of classes numbered one through fourteen. 7. Users will be notified when someone likes/posts a comment to anything that they have also made an action to. The admin will have the ability through a web-based portal to login and approve users, post information to each class (WYSIWYG), and moderate pictures/comments. Admin will also be able to send a push notification to all users with a message. That's it. We will provide the UI, you provide the code.
