iPhone & Android Cards game

Hi, I want to create a cards game for iPhone and Android. If I liked the final project there will be 4 more cards games similar to the first one but with different rules for each game. The game should be RTL and in Arabic language. ( I can do all the translation) The design and the look and feel is very important in this game. I'm expecting to see proposals of how the game could be made. For example with or without Avatar, With or without animation, etc. The game should be similar to poker game but without money or bets and only 4 players can play the game ,no more or less, for each table. The game also must be online so players can play with each other. Note: The freelancer should be ready to work remotely. He/she can develop the game in his/her machine then copy paste the code to my machine remotely.
