Mobile Application Overview: Native Applications will be built for iOS (4, 5, and 6) and Android platform App developer will propose wireframes/designs and UX which we will approve Application is expected to scale/adapt appropriately for tablets and different orientation App developer will use our Version control (GitHub Repo) to track and code as and when it is developed. Out developer will review code as it is developed. App developer will use project owner’s account for iOS and Android app stores. All code is expected to be unit tested with at-least 80% code coverage Bidders providing Continuous Integration will be preferred. Mobile Application Functional Details: Login screen. Regular and social media login (Facebook and Google) App will have all the regular/obvious login/reset/forgot features Verify that location permission is enabled, if not users cannot create new posts When logged in, detect location, and fetch nearby posts Allow user to look at posts, comment on them, upvote and downvote them Allow users to mark post as Resolved, and upload another picture as evidence Post has view on map option. Map view should be loaded, with location of post marked, and photograph thumbnail is displayed when user clicks the marker Users can mark a post as inappropriate or out of context User can create a Post for a location, upload or take a pic, add title, description Push notifications if there are any alerts or events being created in the locality of the user. Server Details All web services including authentication services required by the app will be provided, and app developers are not expected to develop the server side of the system including database, hosting, CDN for static assets like pictures. Web services will be provided as JSON API, and authentication will be done using token-authentication or O-Auth for social network login.
