Project 1: Mobile APP and Website in the Niche / Industry Business Performance. What does my MOBILE APP include? Its Mobile application has the main objective of replacing physical documents when making a delivery and generating evidence of receipt, both for the company and for the provider, in order to have all the referral guides within the App's secure server or within the cloud of the company. The App will include several options for greater control of the received, in which it stands out: 1. Take a photo. 2. Add a Text 3. Scan the received one. 4. Use several: Photo - Text / Scan-Signature 5. Upload a unique login to the WEB of the App with all the documents (referral guides) of each company. Within this APP, payment gateways, social network links, news section, legal pages, services, contacts, and an online chat will be integrated to be able to attend users (COMPANIES) as soon as possible and give efficient technical support.
The process is the following: 1. The App generates a document (default) and the messenger from his cell phone makes the person in charge sign the document (Digital Sign). 2. It will have an exclusive space to place the name, ID, email (if applicable) so that the person in charge signs the one received. 3. Once the SEND button is clicked, the document will be stored in the CLOUD or Website of the App to have it available as substantial evidence of delivery 4. Client has access to their information with their own credentials. Within this app, there will be subpages; For example, Know us, Contact us, Services, Online Consultation, relevant information for your clients, Legal pages of the site, Blog or any other that is decided within the development period.
