5 Seconds - Arcade/Brain/Puzzle Game (I have most of the designs done, Just need a build)

Hey, my name is Aleksandar Ziza, a junior at the University of Central Florida, I am interested in having a game called "5 Seconds". I enjoy brain game mobile applications that are fun and get you to use your brain a little. A little about me, I am not a skilled programmer, but I love fr idea of coding and bringing your art to work. Me bringing my art to work through game applications makes me happy and I wish I knew how to program although currently studying swift! Moving on. What I have to offer: To make things easier for you guys, I will be completing the entire artwork, from app logo, to the background, the icons, texts, etc. Whatever you need I will have! All I need help with is the code and actual build for the game. The Game: The game is a interesting twist on games such as words with friends, ruzzle plus the "doesn't feel like I'm playing a thinking/brain game". What I want it to have is a login screen, that lets users sign up through email or Facebook(but who uses Facebook anymore anyway?), so we will also needs sign ups from twitter and Instagram. (These are platforms that have a lot of younger kids compared to Facebook being flooded with older people) That doesn't mean this game isn't for older crowds. Once we get passed this you will have a home The game essentially is you (the user) shooting a ball in a direction and trying to add up all the blocks hit and have the highest score. (Take a look at the designs). The trick is you only have 5 seconds to make a decision on what angle you want to shoot at. There are going to be a total of 56 tiles and you can only hit 40. (had to make a limit or else you'd be able to get all the tiles and that's no fun) The ball can bounce off the walls and the floor, the game stops after you have hit a total of 40 tiles. Your score is then calculated and added up. Then you wait and see what your opponent got. WHAT I ALSO WANT: (have not drawn it in) - Levels - certain experience for each win and you'll also get in-game coins so that you can purchase new ball skins (have not made these yet) - Also buy in-app purchase to disable ads for .99 c For numbers 1-10 - I want those to be the standard white/black 11-20 - Yellow 21-30 - Orange 31-40 - Blue 41- 50 Red 51- 60 Green Max out at 60, all 56 numbers will be randomly generated, then I also want to use 2-3 tiles that have double/triple score on them!
